| 09.11.09 | Netflix | My wife wasn't around the first time I watched this (she was asleep), so I kept the Netflix disc at home for an extra week so we could watch it together. She liked it a lot, and it really held up on the second viewing. Cusack has this manic energy here that was a large part of what makes me love Tapeheads so much. That and the fact that in every scene it seems like he is *just* on the verge of smiling directly at the camera. This was Cusack's first starring role, and he's clearly having a blast. Really great movie. |
